The website and the portal must be usable by everyone — including those who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or find it hard to tell colours apart. Here is where we stand, what falls short, and what to do if something does not work.
§ 1
Our aim
Rieck wants the website and the portal to be usable by everyone — including those who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, magnify the page heavily or find it hard to tell colours apart.
This is not only a legal requirement. A large share of the people who meet us do so because they have received a letter they were not expecting. They must be able to read what it says and work out what they can do.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard on which the European Accessibility Act and the Danish legislation are based.
§ 2
Where we stand
The website has been built with accessibility in mind from the outset — semantic markup, visible focus, text that can be magnified without breaking, and colour contrasts that are measured rather than estimated.
We measure the pages’ accessibility automatically as part of development, and our key pages score full marks in the automated measurements.
§ 3
Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas where accessibility is not where we want it:
Downloadable documents — templates in PDF and Word have not been reviewed for accessible markup. If you need one of them in another format, write to us and we will send it.
The portal at app.rieckflow.com has not been reviewed to the same extent as the website.
Third-party content that we embed or link to is outside our control.
The list is updated as we fix things and find new ones.
§ 4
Cannot use the site?
Then do not give up — call us. We can read things out, send information in another format and help you through whatever you came for.
That applies too if you are a debtor in a case with us: you should never fail to respond to a letter because the website is hard to use. Call, and we will handle it over the phone.
§ 5
Tell us if something does not work
If you run into something you cannot use, we would like to know. Please say which page it concerns, what you tried, and what you are using — browser, screen reader or other assistive technology.
We reply as quickly as we can and tell you what we are doing about it.

Security and operations
Do you need documentation for a supplier approval?
We are happy to fill in your own security questionnaire and walk your IT department through the setup. Call us, and we will take it from there.
