One click and the case is ours. A named case handler calls the debtor, negotiates and agrees instalments within the limits you set. If it has to go to the bailiff court, our own lawyers take it there.
Tens of thousands of collection cases and more than ten years as a law firm behind us
How it is built
A case is settled by people who know the rules
We make the call We are the ones who ring the debtor, so you do not have to fit that conversation in around your own work.
You decide when enough is enough You agree up front when a case is ripe for collection. From then on the handover happens by itself, on the day you set.
Time works against the claim The sooner the case moves on, the better the odds that there is still money to be had.
How it works

The handover
One case or the whole ledger
Send a single unpaid invoice over with one click, import a list, or move the entire portfolio at once. If the invoice went out through Rieck, the paperwork is already there and nothing has to be typed again.

The demand
The demand goes out in our name
From here our name is on the letter. It sets out the claim, the deadline, and what happens once it runs out. The debtor can pay straight from the letter.

Formal demand for payment
Nordisk Byg & Anlæg A/S has assigned the claim to us. If the amount is not paid within ten days, the case may continue as legal collection, and the costs will be charged to you.
If the debtor cannot pay it all at once, we agree instalments within the limits you set. If only part is paid, the rest carries on in the same case.

The debtor
Most people would rather sort it out themselves
Give the debtor a screen with a few clear choices, and they rarely call. They pay, propose instalments or write down what they disagree with — and whatever they pick lands in the case straight away.

The economics
When the case is settled up
The principal is the claim, interest follows from the Danish Interest Act, and collection costs are charged to the debtor under the applicable rules. What you pay follows the package you are on — the rates are set out in one place, on the pricing page.
Our share of what we recover falls with the package

When the case takes a turn
You keep the customer while we get the money in
An objection, an instalment plan and a debtor with nothing to pay with each need a different answer. The case stays with us the whole way, and you can withdraw it whenever you like — the claim is yours.
