Rieck Bill

Your bills are paid on time

Supplier invoices gather in one place, including the ones that turn up as a PDF in an email. Whoever is allowed to approve gets the bill on screen with the document beside it, and the amount leaves your own bank account on the due date.

Several hundred companies have automated their flow with Rieck.

What the module is

The other half of the cash flow

  • The approval is yours. Who may say yes to what, up to which amount, and when two signatures are needed. The rules are set up once and apply to every bill after that.

  • The money stays put until it is needed. An approved bill settles on its due date and is paid there. Nobody has to remember to open the bank on the right morning.

  • The amount leaves your own account. We get the payment ready, and your bank moves it to your supplier. Rieck holds none of the money on the way, and you do not change bank.

The way through the house

Five steps from bill to booked

In

Bills land in the same place

Your supplier sends an e-invoice, or writes to the address you hand out. Amount, due date and account number come with the document, and the document stays on the bill — including the day your auditor asks about it.

  • E-invoices and email in one inbox
  • Amount and due date come with the document
  • The document stays on the bill
Approval

Who may say yes to a bill of DKK 30,000?

You answer that yourselves, once: who approves what, up to which amount, and when two signatures are required. After that every bill travels that route on its own — and if a familiar supplier suddenly changes account number, the bill passes a human before anything is paid.

  • Amount limits per approver
  • Two signatures above your own limit
  • A new account number is approved on its own
The payment day

The due date is the payment date

An approved bill settles on its due date and stays there. The liquidity stays with you in the meantime, and you can see a week ahead what goes out and when.

  • Approved on the 12th, paid on the 31st
  • The liquidity stays with you meanwhile
  • You see what goes out before it does
Your bank

The amount goes from your account to your supplier’s

We get the payment ready, and your own bank moves the money. Rieck does not hold it on the way, and the module needs neither a new bank nor a new account.

  • The payment is sent to your own bank
  • None of the money passes through Rieck
  • Same bank and same account as today
Bookkeeping

The posting follows into e-conomic

The payment is reconciled against the bank statement, and the posting is passed on as a suggestion to e-conomic, Dinero or Billy. You approve the entry in the system you already use.

  • Reconciled against the bank statement
  • The posting is a suggestion you approve
  • No new chart of accounts to maintain
