Rieck Sign

Put the agreement in writing while you still agree on it

You write the agreement on your own letterhead, the counterparty signs with MitID or with a single click, and it comes back timestamped and locked. From there you can invoice against it — and if the money has to be brought home later, the documentation is already in place.

Several hundred companies have automated their flow with Rieck.

What a signature is worth

How strong a claim stands is settled long before the due date

  • The terms are fixed from the start. Amounts, deadlines and parties get written down while everyone still agrees on them. The day somebody sees the matter differently, the paper is already there.

  • An accepted claim takes the short route. Once the debtor has signed for what is owed, the claim does not have to be proven first. It can go straight towards enforcement.

  • A debt instrument keeps a claim alive for ten years. The signature moves the limitation period from three years to ten, and the claim can be enforced without a fresh case having to be brought.

How it works

The road from draft to signature — and what the agreement does afterwards

Write

You write the agreement on your own letterhead

Begin with a template or a blank document, and fill in terms, amounts, parties and duration. It goes out with your logo and your name, so it looks like everything else the counterparty gets from you.

  • Your logo, your letterhead
  • Terms, amounts, parties and duration
  • Ready to invoice against in the same system
Sign

The counterparty signs with MitID or with one click

They get a link, read the document through and sign. Use MitID when the agreement has to carry a claim; the ordinary digital signature is enough when a documented acceptance will do.

  • MitID: the person behind the signature is verified
  • Digital signature: acceptance in one click
  • No account and no login for the counterparty
Lock

The signature locks the document straight away

Both parties receive the same timestamped copy, and the content stands from then on. From there you can invoice on top of the agreement and lean on it if the money has to be brought home later.

  • Timestamped at the moment of signing
  • Locked with its own digital fingerprint
  • The same copy to both parties
The basis

Everything that comes afterwards stands on the same agreement

The invoice, the payments, the instalments and any collection case look like separate things. They all draw their basis from the agreement, and they are exactly as strong as it is.

  • The invoice stands on an agreement both parties signed
  • Instalments build on a binding yes
  • A collection case brings the basis with it from the start
In court

Where the claim stands if it reaches the bailiff’s court

An accepted, undisputed claim skips the dispute. And if it grows beyond the DKK 100,000 the simplified procedure covers (section 477 b of the Danish Administration of Justice Act), Rieck Advokater carries the case on — same case, same case number.

  • An undisputed claim skips the dispute
  • Debt instrument: ten years of limitation instead of three
  • Our own lawyers, with audience in the bailiff’s court
