No Cure No Pay has no subscription fee. Standard costs 500 kr., Pro 1.500 kr. and Advanced 3.500 kr. per month with annual billing, excluding VAT. For out-of-court collection, the success fee is 20 % on No Cure No Pay, 10 % on Standard and 0 % on Pro and Advanced. Card payments (Interchange++ plus 0,15 %) and any expenses are charged separately. Rates for legal collection and monitoring are listed separately in the pricing table.
All four plans give you invoicing, reminders, receivables management and debt collection in one system. The difference is what you pay in fixed cost and how low the success fee is: No Cure No Pay has no subscription (20 % success fee), while Standard, Pro and Advanced lower the success fee the higher you go. The price of card payments is the same on all four plans.
A card payment costs Interchange++ plus 0,15 %. The price is the same on all four plans.
No. There is no invoice cap any more — an unlimited number of both invoices and collection cases on all four plans. You choose the level by how low you want the fees and how much automation you want, not by a number.
For out-of-court collection, we charge no success fee on Pro and Advanced. The rate is 10 % on Standard and 20 % on No Cure No Pay. Card payments and any expenses are charged separately. Legal collection and monitoring have different rates, as listed in the pricing table. Interest and collection costs go to Rieck.
Yes. Every plan is free for the first 30 days — with no payment card — so you can see the portal and the process with your own cases. When the trial period ends, you choose a plan and sign up for payment in the portal in order to continue. If you do not, the subscription stops by itself and you pay nothing.
No. You can cancel on just one day's notice. We believe you will stay with us because you are satisfied — not because you are tied down.
The debtor pays by card, MobilePay or payment link straight from the letter — or via the FI code and bank transfer quoting the case number. Once payment is received, we pass the money on to you the next day.
