On No Cure No Pay you pay 0 kr. in subscription and only 20 % of the principal once we have brought the money home — plus a payment fee of 3 % + 1,80 kr. every time a customer pays. If you would rather have a fixed price, lower fees and 0 % success fee, it costs 500 kr. + VAT/mo. on Standard, 1.500 kr. on Pro and 3.500 kr. on Advanced.
All four plans give you invoicing, reminders, receivables management and debt collection in one system. The difference is what you pay in fixed cost and how low your fees are: No Cure No Pay has no subscription (20 % success fee, 3 % + 1,80 kr. per payment), while Standard, Pro and Advanced lower both the success fee and the payment fee the higher you go.
When a payment goes through Rieck — card, MobilePay or payment link — we charge a fee that includes the card cost. It falls with the plan: 3 % + 1,80 kr. on No Cure No Pay, 2,5 % + 1,80 kr. on Standard, 1,95 % + 1,80 kr. on Pro and 1,65 % + 1,80 kr. on Advanced.
No. There is no invoice cap any more — an unlimited number of both invoices and collection cases on all four plans. You choose the level by how low you want the fees and how much automation you want, not by a number.
On Pro and Advanced, yes: the success fee is 0 %, so you keep the entire principal when the debtor pays. On Standard it is 10 %, and on No Cure No Pay 20 %. The debtor is charged the collection costs under the applicable rules.
Yes. Every plan is free for the first 30 days — with no payment card — so you can see the portal and the process with your own cases. When the trial period ends, you choose a plan and sign up for payment in the portal in order to continue. If you do not, the subscription stops by itself and you pay nothing.
No. You can cancel on just one day's notice. We believe you will stay with us because you are satisfied — not because you are tied down.
The debtor pays by card, MobilePay or payment link straight from the letter — or via the FI code and bank transfer quoting the case number. Once payment is received, we pass the money on to you the next day.
