Withdraw a case
A collection case can be withdrawn for DKK 0 until the debtor pays or enters into an instalment plan. If the case has been resolved, the success fee is charged. If it has reached the courts, costs incurred and the court fee are added on top.
How to do it
- Open the case → Withdraw, and state briefly why.
