Take the case to the bailiff’s court
Legal collection is chosen case by case: DKK 750 as a start-up fee to us and DKK 750 in court fees to the bailiff’s court (the enforcement court). The case is conducted by lawyers from Rieck Advokater, who have known it from the outset — and claims above DKK 100,000 proceed as an ordinary court case.
How to do it
- Open the case → Send to legal collection.
- You approve the costs before anything is set in motion.
