e-conomic

Rieck fetches the invoices from e-conomic, sends them with payment built in and follows up until they are paid. The payment is placed as a draft in your daybook — you approve it as you always do.

How it works

How the connection runs

What separates an integration from an export is the return journey. Customers, items and booked invoices are pulled into Rieck. When the customer pays, the principal is posted against the invoice, and interest and fees are entered as a ledger voucher on your interest income account. Everything sits as a draft in the daybook, so the bookkeeping stays yours.
