e-Boks

Rieck sends invoices, reminders and formal demands straight to the recipient’s e-Boks as PDFs — through our own partnership with e-Boks. The recipient is found by CPR or CVR, and the letter lands where people read their post.

How it works

How the letter arrives

Rieck is an e-Boks partner and sends directly, with no middleman. The invoice, the credit note and the reminder are placed as PDFs in the recipient’s digital mailbox, sorted by kind: invoice and payment, subscription or debt collection. The invoice carries the payment code for pay.rieckflow.com and the FI code, so the recipient can pay from the document. If the recipient is not on e-Boks, the letter moves on as a physical letter, so it always arrives.
