Business Central
Rieck fetches the posted invoices from Business Central, sends them with payment built in and follows up until they are paid. The payment is placed in a payment journal in Business Central, where you post it yourself.

How the connection runs
Only posted invoices are pulled in, so it is the invoices the customer has actually received that are followed up. The connection is set up with company access through Microsoft Entra, so it does not hang on one employee's login, and it also runs against Business Central on-premises. The payment is entered against the clearing account you choose, so your bank reconciliation adds up.
