Debt-collection service · Out-of-court collection in Denmark

We take over the case.
You keep the principal.

When the debtor does not respond to the reminders, people take over. The claim is credit-assessed within 24 hours, you get a dedicated case handler with a direct phone number, and lawyers from Rieck Advokater carry the case further if it goes to the bailiff court. From Pro, our success fee is 0% — the entire amount is yours.

Why the pile sits there

A case left sitting
does not get better.

Very few unpaid claims end in a dispute. They end up in a pile no one has time for.

No one on your side has to call

The accounts department is not a collection unit. The call that needs making is an uncomfortable one — and so it never gets made.

No one knows when enough is enough

Without a fixed threshold, the decision to escalate is made case by case, by whoever knows the customer best. And so it is put off another month.

Meanwhile the claim grows older

The longer a claim sits, the harder it is to collect. A debtor in trouble gathers more creditors — and the one who moves first is the one who gets paid.

How we take over

From the case being handed over,
to the money being with you

There are people at the other end — not another letter. Your job along the way: to press the button.

  1. Day 0The case is handed over

    The claim lands with us

One click on an unpaid invoice in the portal, an import from your accounting system — or the entire portfolio at once. If the case comes in from outside without a collection notice, we send one first: the law requires ten days’ notice before a claim may be passed to collection.

    01
  2. Within 24 hours

    The claim is credit-assessed

We look at whether the debtor can pay at all before we decide how to run the case. If they cannot, there is no reason to spend money on a bailiff-court case — the case then needs to go elsewhere.

    02
  3. After thatOut-of-court collection

    People get to work

You get a dedicated case handler with a direct phone number. We call, negotiate and arrange instalment plans — and register with RKI under the applicable rules once the conditions are met. Most cases are resolved here.

    03
  4. When neededCan pay, will not

    Payment demand and bailiff court

Then we issue a payment demand and appear in the bailiff court. The case does not change hands along the way, and there is no amount limit: claims above DKK 100,000 are brought as ordinary court cases by our own lawyers.

    04
  5. On payment

    The money is home

The amount is reconciled and booked in your accounting system, and the payout is on its way to you the next day. If only part is paid, the remaining claim continues in the same case.

    05
The exceptions

The customer is still your customer

We collect the claim. We do not chase the customer away — and we do not leave you with a lost receivable because a case turned difficult.

Part of Rieck Advokater

The debtor raises an objection

The automation stops at once — no further letter is sent on top of a dispute. A lawyer from Rieck Advokater assesses the objection, and if it does not hold, the case proceeds. You are kept informed, not put to work.

01

The debtor wants to, but cannot pay now

We arrange an instalment plan — the debtor can set it up themselves in the portal, around the clock, without speaking to anyone. We then monitor that it is kept, and step in if it is not.

02

The debtor is insolvent

We do not close the case, and you are not left with a lost receivable. The claim goes into monitoring, and collection resumes automatically as soon as the ability to pay returns — even if it takes years.

03
The economics

0% sounds too good.
Here is what we live on.

The classic model is that the collection firm takes a share of your money. Ours is a different one: the debtor pays for the trouble, and you pay a fixed subscription. That is the whole explanation.

Interest and fees go to usThe debtor is charged default interest, reminder and collection fees under the applicable rules. These go to RieckFlow. That is what pays for the work — not a share of your money.

That is why the price can stay fixedThe same subscription, whether the claim is DKK 15,000 or two million, and no matter how many cases you send. No tiered scale, no amount limit.

How the case comes in

One button — or
the entire portfolio

No case setup in an unfamiliar system, no re-keying, no pile to scan.

01

One click from an unpaid invoice

If the invoice was sent through RieckFlow, the case is already created. You press it, and the process rolls on.

02

Import from your accounting system

Cases can be pulled straight from e-conomic, Dinero, Billy or Business Central — you do not have to type anything in again.

03

The entire portfolio at once

If there is a pile of old claims, we migrate them all together. That belongs to Advanced and is arranged with an adviser.
